The rules of the loyalty program

• Book rooms on the official website, accumulate nights, get discounts and privileges at two Express Sadovaya and Teatralnaya Square hotels
• Statuses can be achieved by accumulating nights when staying at the Hotel according to bookings made through the official website of the Hotel
• Rates for participants are not offered when booking from 8 (eight) rooms, and also do not apply to special rates, current bookings and bookings for groups.
• Save your data in your Personal Account on our website and get a personal loyalty program participant number
• Bookings made on other sites are not included in the accumulated nights
• To account for the nights spent, the guest must personally stay at the hotel and pay for their stay using any available payment method
• Only nights spent on bookings made on the official website of the hotel are counted
• The privileges of the loyalty program participant apply only to the participant himself, without the right to transfer to third parties, regardless of the number of rooms booked by him, and are available only if the reservation is made on the official website of the hotel.
• Nights booked with group rates are not counted towards the status upgrade.
• The loyalty program is valid only in the Express Sadovaya and Theatre Square Hotel
• The upgrade of the room category directly depends on the occupancy of the hotel and the availability of rooms of higher categories on the day of arrival of the guest
• When booking rooms through direct booking channels, members of the loyalty program receive exclusive rates (Rates for members).
• Previous nights of stay at the Express Sadovaya and Teatralnaya Square hotels before the date of the official publication of the current loyalty program are not taken into account.
